I often cookerize fresh or frozen rabbits or squirrels (you could use chicken) for an hour in chicken or beef broth, then shred the meat to freeze for future meals. They're handy to throw in tacos, soups, pasta, casseroles, etc. Occasionally Often, it's nice to skip the step of browning some meat first and just throwing it in the Instant Pot.
I usually put about a pound in each bag.
