I combined my crockpot taco soup recipe with about every soup recipe I found online and ended up with this yumminess for the Instant Pot. FIVE MINUTES in the pressure cooker vs. EIGHT HOURS in the slow cooker! And the family agreed this was even better than the crockpot soup. ♥
Use any bean combination. I just used all I had.  You could cookerize dry beans instead of using cans and make it even better.  (Or use frozen already cookerized beans if your freezer is bigger than our RV-sized one.) You could also use beef or chicken. I used deer, because it's what we do.
Use taco seasoning and ranch dressing mix packets or make your own. Easy, cheaper, and healthier! 
Yum. 
Don't forget to add cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips. 
Instant Pot Taco Soup:
1 can each: kidney beans, pinto beans, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, tomatoes & chilies
1 cup salsa
2 cups water or broth
2 tablespoons (or one packet) each: taco seasoning and ranch dressing mix
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 handful(ish) onions and peppers (I used frozen, chopped onions, peppers, and celery)
1 lb ground deer or beef
Cheese, sour cream, and/or tortilla chips for toppings

In the Instant Pot, saute the onions, garlic, and meat in oil. (Drain fat if needed.) Add the rest and stir. (Leave on saute to bring to pressure faster. Ours took 20 minutes.)  Close and lock the lid and turn vent to Sealing. Click Cancel, then cook on Soup or Manual for 5 minutes.  Do a Quick or Natural Release.
Add cheese, sour cream, and/or tortilla chips to your bowl of soup if you'd like. And what's not to like?

This is where the Instant Pot rides when we're on the road in the RV. It sits beside the bread machine on a cabinet with some padding around it. The whole living room area slides in, so it's compact and out of the way. We remodel often, so this will probably change again.
I scoot the chair back to make sure it doesn't go anywhere and add a coat or towel for more padding. 
When we're not on the road, the Instant Pot is usually on the counter being used daily. It's either beside the sink or on the cutting board that fits over the stove (which we rarely use now).

They say the meat usually falls off the bone, but for our deer roast, the bone fell out of the meat. :)  (I just search for beef recipes when I use deer.)  I loosely followed this recipe for Pressure Cooker Pot Roast, but used homemade ranch dressing mix and brown gravy mix as the seasonings (because I used to use those in my crockpot recipe). The brown gravy mix called for flour, and I've read that can cause problems with thickening and burning, so I just went very light on the flour. 70 minutes and it was great! I added flour to the juice for gravy afterward.
Next I used this Instant Pot Beef Stew recipe, for deer stew meat of course.  I made bread in the bread machine for a very hearty meal.

I mostly used this recipe for Spicy Honey BBQ Wings for chicken legs, but I didn't have apple juice, so I used homemade pear jelly and water.
I added my trusty potatoes and carrots on top as usual.
I removed the legs to a pan to baste and broil (I often skip this step and just serve!), and dumped the potatoes and carrots back into the Instant Pot to mash and season. I usually add milk, sour cream, cheese, and/or whatever seasonings sound good at the time. I try to keep them guessing.  Then we dug in and the camera was forgotten.

Today I cookerized two rabbits (you could use chicken) for an hour (on manual) in chicken broth, then shredded the meat.  I saved half to freeze for a future meal and used the chicken/rabbit broth to cook some garlic butter noodles (below). To the meat, I added BBQ sauce, honey, salt, and pepper.  (I usually use leftover BBQ sauce from whatever meat I made last in the Instant Pot.)  Served these on giant buns.
For the noodles, I used a box of Rigatoni and added enough broth to cover the noodles, some butter, garlic, and oregano. 4 minutes on manual. The noodles were great, but I had to drain and add more butter, oregano, and garlic salt for more flavor. They were a great side dish and a good reuse of the broth.
Instant Pot pulled rabbit BBQ sandwiches could of course easily be pulled chicken BBQ sandwiches. We make them with rabbit, chicken, squirrel, deer, whatever's handy.

My most used accessory is my steamer (the kids call it a spaceship). I use it on the bottom over water if I'm steaming something or I throw it on top of just about any meal to add some mashed potatoes and carrots for a side dish. 

I will forever more add potatoes and carrots to the top of pretty much anything I cookerize. On a whim, I added potatoes and carrots in the steamer basket on top of chicken thighs in sauce/broth (whatever bbq juices were leftover from the last time?).
Poultry setting, so 15 min and it was all great! They were soft, but not mushy, and full of flavor. Sometimes I mash them and add milk, sour cream, butter, spices, or whatever sounds good at the time.
One of our chickens was a Silky, so that's why there's a weird color on a thigh. (The legs and wings are completely black, so strange looking!)

Do we really eat rabbit and squirrel? Yes, often. Like this.

Just a quick idea I use to help line up the lid on my Instant Pot – nail polish. I recommend something pretty, like pink.:)
I also added it to the Sealing side for the vent, because I can never remember which is which and can't read them without my glasses (and generally can't find my glasses).
